Peshawar: Initial list of candidates for Senate General seat in KP has been issued.

6 candidates are in field for Senate seat by polls. The candidates are Irfan Saleem, Abdul Haseeb, Asghar Ali, Raheela Bibi, Sajjad Khan Mohmand and Ghulam Badshah.

Irfan Salim is PTI Candidate, Maulana Abdul Haseeb from JUI-F, Asghar Ali from PML-N and Raheela Bibi is PPP candidate.

According to provincial election commission the nomination papers can be withdrawn till April 17,.

By polls on vacant general seat of Senate will take place on April 23.

It is pertinent to mention this seat had fallen vacant due to disqualification of Murad Saeed.
