Rawalpindi: Court while declaring the reconciliation in sexual abuse and gang rape case crime has ordered to arrest those behind the settlement out of court.

Additional district and sessions judge Afshan Ejaz Sufi issued a big decision in the cases related to sexual abuse and gang rapes.

It has been ordered in the decision that sexual abuse of children and women are not compoundable offences. In cases of such nature the plaintiff and witnesses who go for out of court settlement are guilty of this offence.

The court ordered to arrest all plaintiffs and witnesses who have deviated from out of court settlement in 19 cases of Rawalpindi.

10 women and 9 men are included who have gone for reconciliation in these cases.

The court maintained that accused involved in sexual abuse of innocent boys and girls can not be acquitted through out of court settlement .

City police officer Khalid Hamdani has ordered SHOs of all the police stations to comply with the orders of court forthwith.

The court has ordered to initiate proceedings against the women involved in registering false cases.
