Karachi: Sindh High Court (SHC) has expressed resentment over putting name of 80 years old man Nizzar Fazlani in ECL.The contempt of court plea against section officer Azim Ahmad came up for hearing in the court Thursday.The counsel for petitioner took up the plea in the court that reference was filed against Nizar Fazlani in 2018. The petitioner wanted to go to Dubai for his treatment. SHC had allowed him to go to Dubai. But the petitioner was stopped at Karachi airport.The court while expressing resentment over section officer inquired why he was not appearing despite issuance of repeated notices by court. You have appeared in the court after issuance of your arrest warrants. Why the petitioner was stopped from going abroad despite court's orders.The court ordered him to file his reply along with his affidavit on next hearing. Decision will be announced after statement.
