Stopping him from discharging constitutional obligations is not acceptable. It is pertinent to mention here acting governor Awais Qadir Shah had summoned high level meeting regarding peace and security in governor house on Friday. Interior minister, IG, all the four DIGs, CTD and other senior officials were invited. But the meeting could not take place due to closure of doors of governor house.Awais Qadir Shah and officers had to return. He expressed resentment over it saying stopping from constitutional job is joke with the post.Awais Qadir Shah resorted to SHC after the incident taking the plea that governor Sindh Kamran Tessori is outside the country from June 2 and he is performing his obligations as acting governor. But he is being stopped from entering into governor house and performing his responsibilities which is blatant violation of the constitution. On the other hand the spokesperson of governor house declared the entire matter as misconception and clarified that officers were present for meeting. The specific office was ready. Had they intended to use central office they would have informed timely and then arrangements would have been completed.Governor Sindh Kamran Tessori directed principal secretary to hold inquiry into the incident saying governor house is always open to people while Awais Qadir is respectable for me as speaker and in his personal capacity.
