Karachi: Sindh High Court (SHC) has ordered to refer the matter of recovery of citizen Khurram Shah to Missing Persons Commission (MPC).

The petitions regarding recovery of missing persons came up for hearing in Sindh High Court (SHC).

The counsel for petitioner informed the court missing citizens Zulfiqar, Mehran, Shah Jahan and Sarang have returned.

Counsel for the petitioner told the court Zulfiqar Meerani is police man who said that he had left the home due to mental problems.

The arrest of missing citizen Asad Ullah has been shown by the police. Police have arrested him in false case.

The counsel for the petitioner requested the court to abolish the case.

The court remarked how you are praying to abolish the case on the plea of missing persons. Your petition related to recovery of missing persons which now stands in-fructuous.

Later the SHC ordered to send the case of missing citizen Khurram Shah to MPC.
