Karachi: Sindh High Court (SHC) has ordered to register disappearance case on the petition seeking recovery of former MNA Nisar Panhwar has gone missing from area of Sachal.

The petition regarding recovery of missing former MNA Nisar Panhwar from the area of Sachal came up for hearing in SHC Wednesday.

SDPO and SHO Sachal appeared in the court taking the plea the process for searching missing citizen is underway.

The petitioner took the plea Nisar Panhwar is missing since 2 months. Order be issued to police for recovery of his father. If he is wanted in any case he should be presented in respective court.

The court expressed annoyance with police over non recovery of Nisar Panhwar remarking both the officers have failed in presenting report by registering case of disappearance of missing persons.

The court ordered SHO Sachal police to register the case of disappearance of Nisar Panhwar and present report.

The court also sought copy of FIR from police on November 18.
