Karachi: Sindh High Court (SHC) has restrained College and Education department from making appointments against 125 vacancies through Sindh Public Service Commission (SPSC)Petition against appointments made in grade 16 in College education department against the rules came up for hearing in the court Saturday.SHC directed college education department to keep 125 posts vacant.The court issued notice to chief secretary, secretary college education and others.The counsel while giving arguments during the hearing of the case said as per college education rules 50 percent appointments will be made through promotion and 50 percent through SPSC.
