Islamabad: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has ordered for not arresting PTI leader Sher Afzal Marwat without court's permission.The court has sought details of the cases registered against Sher Afzal Marwat.As per written order issued by IHC, notice has been issued to interior secretary, IG Islamabad, IG Punjab and FIA.The respondents have been directed to file parawise comments on the petition of Sher Afzal Marwat.IHC has sought details of the cases against Sher Afzal Marwat.Justice Saman Rafat Imtiaz issued written order on the petition of Sher Afzal Marwat.It has been said in the written order according to counsel of petitioner Sher Afzal Marwat fears from being arrested in any secret case. Sher Afzal Marwat be not arrested in any case without the permission of court.Sher Afzal Marwat had filed petition through his counsels Adil Aziz Qazi and Riasat Ali Azad.
