Lahore: Sher Shah Khan, second son of Aleema Khan and nephew of PTI founder Imran Khan has been presented in the court.

The case in respect of Sher Shah nephew of Imran Khan came up for hearing in Anti Terrorism Court (ATC).

Media representatives were expelled from court room.

Judge Manzar Ali Gill said no representative of media will remain in court room. Security sent out all media representatives from the court.

Judge Manzar Ali Gill said no media representative should come in my court with mobile. If media representatives want to come then they should bring with them copy and pencil.

Later the court reserved judgment on the matter of remand of Sher Shah after hearing the arguments of the counsel.

Prosecution took the plea the accused was present on the scene. Arms were used on the occasion. Presence of the accused was found in the video. Social media accounts of the accused have to be recovered. The accused be handed over to police on 30 days physical remand.

Counsel Suleman Akram Raja said the accused was arrested after 27 months. The detention is illegal. The accused appeared with his brother in this court yesterday and was arrested.
