Lahore: Lahore High Court (LHC) has issued stern notice to NCCIA in connection with social media campaign against judges.The petition against character assassination of the judges of superior judiciary came up for hearing before justice Ali Zia Bajwa Tuesday.During the hearing of the case the court directed DG NCCIA to appear before it on January 15 in person.The court maintained we will go to the bottom of this matter. Prepare the lists of those who have launched campaign against the judges. This is site terrorism. If any such post is seen in future then DG will be responsible.Legal expert Mian Dawood appeared on behalf of the petitioner.On court's orders Advocate General Punjab, Amjid Pervaiz, Director NCCIA Hashmat Kamal and other officers appeared in the court.Justice Ali Zia expressed resentment over NCCIA for not initiating any action by Bajwa in the matter of campaign against the judges.Justice Ali Zia Bajwa inquired state counsel sahb tell us has the power of taking suo motu notice by N CCIA ended.
