Lahore: Additional Sessions Judge Lahore Suleman Ghumman has approved interim bail of senior analyst and journalist Ayyaz Mir till November 4 in the case of spreading fake news of alleged rape of a girl in private college in Lahore.The court while issuing notice to prosecution has sought reply.Additional Sessions judge Suleman Ghumman took up bail plea of Ayyaz Mir for hearing Friday.Ayyaz Amir appeared in the court along with his counsel.Counsel for Ayyaz Amir told the court a fake twitter has been formed in the name of Ayyaz Amir.The court accepted the interim bail plea against the surety bonds in the sum of Rs 50000.It is pertinent to mention here FIA had registered case against 38 journalists and U-tubers on October 17 for launching propaganda campaign on social media regarding alleged rape of a girl student in a private college.FIA Cyber crimes wing had nominated Ayyaz Amir , Imran Riaz, Sami Ibrahim, Farrah Iqrar, Shakir Mehmood Awan and others in the case.
