Status of proclaimed offender of Gandapur could not be abolished in case related to protest against disqualification of Imran

Islamabad: The status of proclaimed offender in respect of Chief Minister (CM) KP Ali Amin Gandapur in the case related to protest against disqualification of PTI founder Imran Khan at Faizabad could not be abolished.

Duty judge of Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) No 2 Islamabad Abul Hasnat Muhammad Zulqarnain heard the case Wednesday.

During the hearing of the case Amir Kiyani and other accused appeared in the court.

The statements of prosecution witnesses could not be recorded.

The court adjourned the hearing after marking the attendance of the accused.

It is pertinent to mention here senator Faisal Javed Khan, former deputy speaker Wasiq Qayyum and others have been indicted.

The statements of 3 witnesses have been recorded so far.

Witnesses will be cross questioned and statements of more witnesses will be recorded on next hearing of the case.

Case against Ali Amin Gandapur is registered in police station Industrial area.
