Karachi: Federal Minister for Information Technology and Telecommunications Shaza Fatima Khawaja has said effective steps are being taken to strengthen the digital economy in the country by promoting cashless payments.

Addressing a ceremony in Karachi Saturday, she said building a more digitally connected and efficient Pakistan is the vision of the government.
