Islamabad: Federal government has sent summary to president for summoning Senate on January 14.

Important legislation and appointment of opposition leader will come under discussion in Senate session.

According to sources important legislation will be enacted with reference to local government. It aims at further strengthening local government structure.

It is being expected that this matter will be discussed in details in the session. Counting will be held on new bill.

The appointment of opposition leader will also be important agenda of Senate session beside this process of legislation.
