Islamabad: Cause list of suo motu contempt of court case against deputy registrar and others has been cancelled.

Cause list has been cancelled being justice Ejaz Ishaq of Islamabad High Court (IHC) on leave.

The hearing was to take place on Friday and notices were also issued to the respondents but the hearing could not be held.

The hearing could not take place due to cancellation of cause list being the judge on leave.

It is pertinent to mention here the proceedings was initiated on transferring contempt of court case against Superintendent Adiala jail to other court.
