Islamabad: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has admitted for hearing on July 24 the petitions filed by Imaan Mazari and Hadi Ali Chatha seeking court's orders for suspension of their sentence.

According to cause list issued by registrar office IHC , Justice Muhammad Azam Khan will hear the petitions regarding suspension of sentence.

It is pertinent to mention here Supreme Court (SC) had directed IHC in its July 12 order the petitions of Imaan Mazari and Hadi Ali Chatha be decided within two weeks.

Earlier this case was fixed in high court on June 4 but the later cause list was cancelled.

On the other side the petitions of Imaan Mazari and Hadi Ali Chatha regarding suspension of sentence are fixed for hearing in SC on July 21.
