Islamabad: The Women's Wing of Jamaat-e-Islami Islamabad organized a 'Strategic Planning Workshop' attended by zonal heads, deputies, and organizational office-bearers in large numbers. The purpose of the workshop was to equip the leadership with practical skills to convey the message of the Islamic movement in a more organized and effective manner.
Deputy Secretary General of the Women's Wing, Iffat Sajjad, speaking on the theme of 'Perfection (Itqan), emphasized that the teachings of Islam and the life of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) guide a believer to act with excellence and beauty in every aspect of life. She highlighted that in the mission of the Islamic movement, a Da'ee (caller to Allah) should work not only with outward refinement but also with inner sincerity and purity, so that the effort fulfills the true standard of Da'wat ilallah.
Naziah Touheed, member of the Central Shoora and Nazima of Central Punjab, in her talk on strategic planning, said that when planning is carried out with a comprehensive approach-where each task, responsible person, and time frame are clearly defined, the results are far more effective and lasting. She stressed that this method is indispensable for advancing the message of the Islamic movement in a systematic way.
The practical sessions of the workshop were led by Deputy Secretary General Dr. Zubaidah Jabeen. Participants were divided into teams and engaged in exercises on topics such as 'Making Union Council Nazima Gatherings More Effective,' 'Formation of Public Committees,' and 'Work Plans for Institutional Outreach.' The participants took active interest, showing dedication and resolve to strengthen their efforts in both organizational and Da'wah work within their respective domains.
The workshop was also attended by Qudsia Namoos, Nazima of Jamaat-e-Islami Women's Wing Islamabad, along with her deputies, zonal heads, and zonal deputies. It was observed that Jamaat-e-Islami not only imparts an understanding of Deen to women but also ensures continuous training and guidance, enabling them to fulfill their Da'wah and organizational responsibilities with excellence.
