RAWALPINDI:Robbers have taken away household items worth million of rupees during theft in the house of PPP senior leader and former Prime Minister (PM) Raja Pervaiz Ashraf.

According to media report the theft incident took place at residence of Raja Pervaiz Ashraf located in the area of Dhok Amb, Jatli ,Rawalpindi.

The case of theft has been registered in police station Jatli on the report of Tayyab Fazal, personal secretary of former PM.

According to FIR, 3 air conditioners, 2 doors, 2 windows, crockery, decorative items and grass cutting machine were stolen.

According to case the domestic servant working in the home of former PM has allegedly disappeared.

According to police deployed at residence , the servant is not present since the last night and his mobile phone is locked too.

Police sources said the estimated cost of the stolen items is stated to be Rs 270000.
