Islamabad: Minister for Information and Broadcasting, Attaullah Tarar Advocate, has said that Pakistan's prestige on the diplomatic, military and narrative fronts has increased following its success in Marka-e-Haq.
Attaullah Tarar was addressing an event in connection with Marka-e-Haq in Islamabad on Saturday. The Information Minister said, in contrast, our eastern neighbour is facing isolation and disgrace. He said that our fighter jets and Fatah missiles reduced their so-called shining India to heaps of ashes. He said India could not withstand Pakistan's decisive response for more than four hours.
The Information Minister said our triumph in Marka-e-Haq is the result of national unity and appreciated both the mainstream media and social media for giving impetus to the national narrative during the conflict with India.
He made it clear that there is no compromise on the country's security and dignity. He said Pakistan's future is bright and the respect the country has earned in one year will continue to grow.
Attaullah Tarar said Pakistan is a frontline state in the war on terrorism and rendering sacrifices. He said India on the other hand promotes terrorism. He said we have caught red handed Kulbhushan Jadhav who is in Pakistan's custody. He said Indian terrorism is not confined to Pakistan alone but it is also targeting Sikhs in Canada and the United States.
