Three HEC Judokas Shortlisted for Solidarity Games

Islamabad: Three talented judo players from the Higher Education Commission (HEC) have been shortlisted to represent the country in the upcoming 6th Islamic Solidarity Games, scheduled to be held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia this year.

According to details, the shortlisted athletes for the prestigious international event include Saifullah, Muhammad Tahir Sharif, and Muhammad Huzaifa. The Pakistan Judo Federation (PJF) has formally issued letters for all three players, recognizing their selection in short list group not only as a personal achievement but also as a testament to HEC's growing role in promoting sports at the national level.

The HEC continues to play a pivotal role in developing young university athletes by offering them international exposure and competitive opportunities. Through close collaboration with various national sports federations, the Commission has been actively working to ensure that talented students from across Pakistan are provided with platforms to compete at global standards.
