Islamabad: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has rejected the plea for transferring trial of Sana Yusuf murder case to some other court.

IHC issued order to judge Afzal Majoka to continue trial.

Chief Justice (CJ) of IHC Sarfraz Dogar gave decision on the petition of the accused Umar Hayat for transferring the murder case to some other court.

The accused Umar Hayat while expressing lack of confidence on trial judge had given application for transferring the case to some other court.
