Islamabad: Information minister Atta Ullah Tarar has said PTI should abandon the anti state narrative and wrong priorities and give priority to interest of people and Pakistan.

In his statement on social media website X he strongly criticized the political strategy and attitude of PTI.

He held PTI including Chief Minster (CM) KP Sohail Afridi has adopted such political attitude which has put the governance matter on back burner and the entire attention is focused on such illegal demand that guidance be sought from PTI founder who is serving imprisonment term in Adial jail in corruption case which is against the jail rules.

He went on to say despite being an important province against terrorism, the priorities of provincial government kept on revolving around this illegal narrative instead of peace, development and public relief.

He underlined allegedly a lady politician from PTI launched a mean campaign about Khan Sahb in Indian media and on anti Pakistan accounts running from Afghanistan under negative strategy. This was aimed at maligning Pakistan at international level.

He observed this attitude is open enmity against Pakistan. Because attempt was made to hurt prestige of Pakistan through it. Now time has come PTI should abandon anti Pakistan narrative and give top priority to national interest.
