Islamabad: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has approved bail of Bushra Bibi wife of PTI founder in Toshakhana-2 case.The bail has been approved against the surety bonds in the sum of Rs 10 lac.Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb approved the bail Wednesday.Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb remarked this case is like case of justice Qazi Faez Isa. In this case husband has been held responsible for the acts of his wife.FIA prosecutor said this case is a bit different from that case.Bail plea of Bushra Bibi in Toshakhana-2 case came up for hearing before Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb in IHC.Counsel for Bushra Bibi had completed his arguments a day before.FIA prosecutor Umair Majid appeared in the court and opened arguments.Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb remarked if you or Deputy Attorney General (DAG) get opportunity then go to see in Azerbaijan. They keep them with their pictures what gifts are given to the presidents of world countries. The gift of model of Al-Aqsa mosque from Yasser Arafat too is there. I also saw the picture of Benazir Bhutto therein. Unfortunately picture of no one else came to sight.FIA prosecutor said the gift given to state has to be deposited and declared. Gift remains in the ownership of the state till it is purchased in legal way. As per procedure the gift can be purchased after 4 months of assessment of its value. Case pertains to such gift which has not been deposited. The gift owned by the state cannot be kept with one self before it is purchased.Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb inquired if Bushra Bibi has not deposited gifts then why the founder of PTI was made accused.FIA prosecutor Umair Majid said public office holder was PTI founder.Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb remarked this is like the case of Justice Qazi Faez Isa. In that case husband was held responsible for acts of his wife.
