Islamabad: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has ordered to fix for early hearing the acquittal pleas of PTI founder Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi in Toshakhana-2 case.
Justice Inam Amin Minhas approved the miscellaneous petition for early fixation of the case for hearing.
Counsel Khalid Yousuf Chaudhry requested " please give date for fixing the case for hearing."
Upon it Justice Inam Amin Minhas remarked " I have issued order office will fix the case for hearing.
It is pertinent to mention here PTI founder and Bushra Bibi have filed acquittal pleas in Toshakhana-2 case.
