Islamabad: Cross examination of last prosecution witness in Toshakhana-2 case against PTI founder Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi was completed Monday and the accused have been given last chance to prove their innocence under section 342 by the court.
Special judge central Shahrukh Arjumand heard the Toshakhana -2 case in Adiala jail.
PTI founder Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi were presented in the court.
Court gave questionnaire to the accused Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi under section 342. Reply to this questionnaire has been sought on next hearing.

Prosecution informed the court in writing about completion of evidence.
Court gave questionnaire under 342 to Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi. The questionnaires given to both of them contain 29 questions each.
Last chance to both of the accused has been given to prove their innocence.
The court gave them chance to present witness in their defence.
The defence counsels will file reply to questionnaire under 342.

During the hearing of the case senator Ali Zafar, senator Mishal Yousufzai, barrister Suleman Akram Raja, barrister Saif advisor to KP government and three sisters of Imran Khan were present in the court.
Federal prosecutor Zulfiqar Abbas Naqvi, special prosecutor Barrister Umair Majid and Behroze Gillani were also present in the court.
The hearing of the case was adjourned till October 8.
