Rawalpindi: Special Judge central Shah Rukh Arjumand while giving another chance to Bushra Bibi wife of PTI founder for appearing in the court in Toshakhana-2 case has adjourned hearing till June 03.Former chairman PTI was presented in the court Saturday. Bushra Bibi refused to come to court room under protest.The court ordered jail authorities to bring Bushra Bibi in the court.Jail authorities told the court Bushra Bibi has declined to come to court. Bushra Bibi has said she will not go to court as her meeting with PTI founder was not arranged on Tuesday.The court waited for three and half hours in connection with hearing of the case. But Bushra Bibi did not turn up.The statements of 4 witnesses could not be recorded due to non availability of the accused.The court while expressing displeasure over non appearance of Bushra Bibi remarked accused is being given another chance . If she does not come on next hearing then orders for revocation of bail in this case will be issued.Special prosecutor Zulfiqar Abbas Naqvi while insisting on revocation of bail of Bushra Bibi due to her deliberate absence took the plea court should move forward the hearing of the case without the accused by exercising its powersHowever the court while giving another chance to Bushra Bibi regarding her attendance adjourned the hearing of the case till June 03.
