Islamabad: Uzma Khan sister of PTI founder has filed second petition in Supreme Court (SC) following the rejection of her first petition for urgent hearing of contempt of court plea.

Registrar office had rejected the first petition in connection with urgent hearing of case.

According to petition Imran Khan health condition is deteriorating in jail. PTI founder was taken to PIMS by violating SC orders. The matter related to health and life of PTI founder is very important. Persistent non compliance of court order falls in the ambit of deliberate and clear violation of law. Cases fixation policy is not impediment on the way to urgent hearing of contempt of court plea.

Earlier the petition for urgent hearing of the plea was rejected on August 25 . It was said therein that contempt of court plea be fixed for urgent hearing. The contempt of court plea be heard this week or next week. The decision for fixing the case on September 16 be reviewed again. Imran Khan be shifted to Shifa International hospital for medical check up and treatment. SC order was not implemented in letter and spirit deliberately. The immediate and complete implementation of Court's August 18 be ensured.
