Kuwait city: The Pakistan Business Community in Kuwait organized a grand convention to celebrate Pakistan's remarkable victory in the 'Battle of Truth.' The speakers paid tribute to the courage and valor of the Pakistan Armed Forces and said the people of Pakistan stand shoulder to shoulder with their military. They said it is a blessing of Allah that the nation is led by a brave commander like General Syed Asim Munir.

Addressing the ceremony, Pakistan's Ambassador to Kuwait, Dr. Zafar Iqbal, said that during the Battle of Truth, the nation placed complete trust in Allah, its people, and its armed forces. Representing Pakistan abroad, he said, one can clearly feel how the atmosphere has changed - those who once threatened have now vanished, wiped away by the grace of Allah.

Chief Guest, Chairman Board of Governors of Overseas Pakistanis Foundation, Syed Qamar Raza, said that with the support of the overseas Pakistani community, successful conventions have been held in several countries including the UK, Washington, and Brussels. He added that India's arrogance has been shattered, and now the world has witnessed the consequences of its pride.

Former provincial minister Chaudhry Abdul Ghafoor said that after this decisive victory, India will no longer dare to attack Pakistan. He said Pakistan has emerged victorious by the grace of Allah.

Host of the event and renowned businessman, Shamshad Khan Tanoli, thanked the guests and said that the bravery of the army and the leadership of the Army Chief have strengthened the nation's faith. 'Though the enemy was far larger in size, victory came to Pakistan. This triumph is also the result of the prayers we always offer for our armed forces,' he added.

The convention was attended by members of the Pakistani community as well as Kuwaiti citizens.
