Islamabad: All Pakistan Newspapers Society (APNS) strongly condemns Indian missile attack on Pakistan and reiterates its resolve of full support to state of Pakistan and armed forces to counter the threats facing independence and sovereignty of Pakistan.

This was said by Sarmad Ali president APNS in a statement issued here Wednesday.

He stated attack on Pakistan by India will be disastrous for peace and prosperity of the region. It will cause huge damage to people of this region and economy.

He urged Indian leadership intoxicated with war frenzy to refrain from the bids to lead the region to instability.

He assured the nation that print media will play positive and proactive role in providing authentic news so that people could be kept aware.

He regretted that Indian media is following the foot prints of BJP government committed to Hindutva and is fanning fake news and war frenzy which runs contrary to objective journalism.

APNS president assured armed forces and government of Pakistan of every possible cooperation against Indian government threats and aggression.
