Lahore: JI Amir Hafiz Naem ur Rehman has said we fully reject 27th constitutional amendment as granting judicial immunity to any is against the Shariah.

He said this in a statement issued here Monday.

He held our mutual exchange of views will prove beneficial to nation and country and it will be purposeful.

He held Pakistan has come into being since 78 years. But the state system could not adopt the direction which was dreamt by Quaid-e-Azam and founders of Pakistan.

He has said establishment of Pakistan was result of great sacrifices and desires.

Pakistan movement was not limited to only Muslim majority areas but those had also become part of this struggle who knew they would have to leave their homes and lands.

The Muslims left their homes, lands and even graves of their ancestors for the sake of Deen.

The Muslims rendered sacrifices for the establishment of a country where justice system of Islam is implemented.

Hafiz Naeem said further Pakistan ka matlab kia is not merely a slogan but it is declaration of complete concept of Islam about system of life.

Pakistan came into being on this ideology that collective justice system of Islam is implemented here. It is imperative that this system should be brought back to its original and constitutional direction now .
