Islamabad: JI while rejecting 26th constitutional amendment has termed it tantamount to curbing the independence of judiciary.Addressing a press conference here Monday, JI Amir Hafiz Naeem ur Rehman said JUI-F while siding with government on draft bill has refreshed the memory of PDM-3."We will challenge 26th constitutional amendment after consultation with the lawyers, he added.The amendment has been made to occupy judiciary in the darkness of night.Giving powers to parliamentary committee and prime minister for appointment of Chief Justice (CJ) is tantamount to weaken the judiciary.It is regrettable that son of Mufti Mehmood and grand son of Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto violated the constitution on Sunday.This parliament is by product of form 47.He held Nawaz Sharif remains sad every time because he has won the election by getting written 70000 votes on paper. His daughter has also met defeat. Not a single seat has been won by MQM out of 22 seats .PDM-3 once again became united for sale and purc hase.Today PDM-3 attack has been launched on judiciary.PTI should not have participated in any talks, he said adding PTI has done good by boycotting the the session.Had the superior judiciary not been divided then we would not have seen this day. This will happen if the judges of the judiciary become spokesperson of the political parties.He underlined PTI leadership was doing some thing different while PTI founder was doing some thing different.He underscored Maulana is becoming PDM part. Now question is this who is head of PDM.Earlier Maulana kept on rejecting the draft and then clause wise talks were started. We will talk to PTI on this issue.He held Indian cricket team is not so big problem as talking to India by Nawaz Sharif with relegating Kashmir.
