Talking about it, Zanjabeel Asim Shah said, 'I didn't expect it to be a hit because it was actually initiated by Imran Raza who was in Green Entertainment's creative team. He wanted the story of a courageous woman, then I said to him it means I should write my own story. To which he agreed, Also, through this story, I wanted to give a ray of hope to women, yes, when I started writing the drama I added multiple things that were fictional. There are many things which we have to add from a dramatic point of view because we need to engage the audience. The initial portion was imaginary, the part of cousin, Mamu and family was also added later. I had an arranged marriage, and we saw each other at the wedding I had a few more things in mind which I wanted to convey to the young girls that everything in married life settles with time. I wanted to give that message that everything gets fine that's why I added the mother part Geeti whose message was that everything gets fine and the precious moments should not be lost in complaints.'
