ISLAMABAD: At least 18 people lost their lives due to corona virus in 24 hours in the country while 663 people were reported infected.

According to the National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC), latest data, 689 new infections occurred in 24 hours taking the tally of infected persons to 1259648. As many as 42,476 corona tests were conducted in last 24 hours.

The positivity ration stands at 1.62 percent.

18 people succumbed to the virus taking the tally of deaths to 28152 in the country.

Active cases come to 41,754. As many as 1,189,742 people have recovered from this virus so far.
