Arrest Imran at cost of your stay in Pakistan: Fawad tells govt

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Fawad Chaudhry said on Monday the one who dares to arrest former Prime Minister Imran Khan will not be able to live in Pakistan anymore.

“Our government left a stable economy but the country was being put into economic shackles knowingly, ” the former information minister said, while talking to media here.

Fawad criticizing the PML-N led coalition government said a de facto Finance Minister was sitting in London while another was operating from within Pakistan. “Enough of experiments. Send Shehbaz government packing home and hold fresh elections, ” he added.

Fawad Chaudhry said country’s economy was dwindling because of the ongoing political unrest. He demanded for fresh elections within next 90 days and assured his party will sit with everyone to solve country’s problems.

The ex-minister said interior minister Rana Sanaullah would have to leave country in case if he dares to arrest former PM Imran Khan. “Go get your Cambodia’s passport ready if you are arresting him, ” he said.
