Controversial government trying to give NRO to Indian spy: Bilawal

ISLAMABAD: PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has said the controversial government is trying to give NRO Indian spy.

“we will go to the court against controversial laws of the government. Government tried to introduce electoral reforms unilaterally. Earlier through ordinance and today they want to get pass bill by bulldozing it. Nation is looking towards the politicians today. It was our appeal that right to vote be given to overseas Pakistanis on the pattern of Azad Kashmir. We want to give vote to right to overseas Pakistanis”, he said this while addressing the joint session of parliament here Wednesday.

He stated that speaker National Assembly (NA) had said that consultation will be made ahead of tabling bill in the house. The office of the speaker should not be used in the lying of the government. If this law is approved then we don’t accept the next election from today.

Government wants to impose EVM forcibly, he remarked. Speaker should respect his office and stand by his words. Why so much haste. We sit together. You are getting the law approved despite our objections.

We will move the court against the controversial laws of electoral reforms. It can not happen so that vote is cast in Paris and the result relates to Multan constituency.

He underlined government should scale down prices of gas and petroleum products. We will side with him.

No institutions is above parliament, he said adding government is trying to give NRO to Indian spy. Government had earlier tried to give him NRO through ordinance. However Indian spy had refused to accept it.

He claimed that opposition alliance inside and outside parliament had not broken even for a single day.
