SRINAGAR: Quaid Tehreek-e-Azadi Jammu Kashmir Syed Ali Shah Geelani has said that political prancing about in New Delhi and Srinagar meaningless and infantile. Syed Ali Geelani has requested the Kashmiris to observe complete shutdown on July 8 and 13 as a gesture of solidarity and full adherence with the mission of the martyrs.
A statement quoting Syed Ali Shah Geelani has been issued by Saiyyed Abdullah Gilani, Special Representative of Syed Ali Geelani in Islamabad on Friday. Syed Ali Geelani in a latest message issued for Kashmiri people while presenting rich tribute to prominent martyred commander Burhan Muzaffar Wani and his two martyred aided Sartaj Ahmed and Parvez Ahmed said that these brave youth while presenting their blood had brought new turn in the mass movement going on against the Indian military occupation.
Syed Ali Shah Geelani while expressing sympathies and solidarity with the families of the dozens of youth martyred by Indian forces in recent weeks, said that these martyrs are not only precious asset for the families but for whole nation, adding that protecting their sacrifices is our national and religious responsibility and only form is this that we should keep this cause top priority for which the sacrifices have been rendered and should remain ready every time for the completion of this great cause.
Syed Ali Shah Geelani the martyrs of the 13th July 1931, who are pioneers of our movement or today’s brave youth who are presenting sacrifices are passengers of the same destination and the purpose of sacrifices of all is to liberate the beloved country from the occupation of the enemy and protection of its Islamic identity. He said that the great purposes demand great sacrifices, adding that it is Blessing of Almighty Allah that the Kashmiri nation has not hesitated to render any kind of sacrifice for their struggle.
Syed Ali Shah Geelani said that tombs of the martyrs present everywhere on Kashmiri land are proof of bravery, steadfastness and vigor for sacrifice, adding that the sacrifices never go in waste. He said that sooner then later the blood will bring fruits. Syed Ali Shah Geelani said that we had started the struggle while relying upon Almighty Allah and with His support will take it to logical end. Syed Ali Geelani has requested the Kashmiris to observe complete shutter down strike on 8th and 13th July and express complete attachment with the mission of the martyrs. Syed Ali Geelani has also appealed the people to remain vigilant about the misleading propaganda of government agencies, adding that the government agencies try to create unrest among the masses while quoting his (Syed Ali Geelani’s) statements. The family members and Syed Ali Geelani himself have time and again clarified that the family members have nothing to do with the political matters and long ago he had appointed Saiyyed Abdullah Gilani as his representative.
