ISLAMABAD: Supreme Court (SC) has admitted for hearing appeal plea against Peshawar High Court (PHC) decision in the case of restoration of health fund of the employees of KP Workers Welfare Board (WWB).

The court while issuing notices to the respondents has adjourned the hearing of the case for indefinite period.

A 3-member bench of SC presided over by the Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Gulzar Ahamad took up the case for hearing Wednesday.

It may be mentioned that PHC had restored health fund of thousands employees of WWB KP and WWB has filed appeal against PHC decision in SC.
