Islamabad: Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting Farrukh Habib has said that September 7, 1965 is a memorable day in the history of Pakistan.

In a tweet on Tuesday, he said that on 7th September 1965, defending the country’s airspace the hawks of Pakistan Air Force was an impeccable show of valour against India.

The Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting has particularly mentioned the war hero MM Alam for shooting down five warplanes in less than a minute.

Farrukh Habib said that the whole nation is proud of the hawks of its PAF.
