KARACHI: Sindh High Court (SHC) has ordered to demolish illegally constructed 5 storeyed building in MPR Colony.

The petition against illegally constructed 5-storey building in MPR colony came up for hearing in SHC Saturday.

The petitioner took the plea builder built 5 storeys building illegally. SBCA has admitted in the court this building was constructed without any approval. SBCA sealed this building but builder broke the seal. People were settled in this building.

The court while ordering to demolish the illegally constructed 5-storey building in MPR colony has directed that case be registered against the builder and criminal proceedings be initiated against him.

The court has also directed to seek help from security agencies to raze the building and chief secretary to extend cooperation to SBCA.
