Islamabad: Supreme Court rejected applications filed against appointment of SAPMs by the Prime Minister.

Court declared that applicant failed to point out any flaw in the judgment of Supreme Court; therefore, review petitions are rejected.

A three members bench presided by Justice Ijaz Ul Ahsan conducted the proceedings on the review petitions here on Wednesday.

It is to be clear that earlier Supreme Court had upheld the verdict of Islamabad High Court by rejecting the application filed on 18 Dec, 2021.

Advocate MunsifAwan had filed review petitions against the verdict.
