Malakand: In Malakand, 15 people were killed and 8 others were seriously injured when a truck overturned on the Swat Expressway. The tragic accident occurred near the Zulmkot Tunnel area of Malakand district in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, where a truck suddenly overturned on the expressway.The unfortunate incident happened when a group of nomads was migrating from Swat to Faisalabad. According to reports, the accident occurred due to brake failure and overspeeding, which caused the truck to plunge into a deep ravine.Rescue and Levies teams immediately arrived at the scene and shifted the severely injured to the Category ADHQ Hospital Batkhela, where they are being provided emergency medical treatment.According to initial reports, 15 people died on the spot, while 8 sustained critical injuries, with several in critical condition. Among the deceased were four women and five children.
