Islamabad: Supreme Court (SC) has raised objections over the appeal plea filed by PTI founder and Bushra Bibi against Islamabad High Court (IHC) decision in 190 million pounds case.

The court returned the petitions with objections. It has been said in the objections that following the amendment in law , Federal Constitutional court can hear the appeal of cases and matter related to suspension of sentence .

Counsels for PTI founder Suleman Safdar, Barrister Gohar and Suleman Akram Raja reached SC and said stance of lawyers is this SC can hear the appeal. We will file chamber appeal against registrar office objections.
