Islamabad: Decision has been taken by Capital Development Authority (CDA) to construct first world class Wild Life Safari Park in Islamabad on 350 acres land. for people friendly tourism and protection of wild life.

According to CDA spokesperson, CDA will construct Safari Pak on 350 acres land in the area of Mallpur Forestry Park along side Murree road near Bhara Kahu.

According to CDA the initial design of the project has been prepared and the project will be implemented in a way that no damage is caused to forest and natural environment.

The facility will feature a "Jungle Theme," incorporate natural forest habitats, and include a state-of-the-art animal rehabilitation and rescue center.

Under the project 10 different safari and wild life sanctuary zones will be built in the park.

According to spokesperson this mega project will be environment friendly and for the protection of wild life and family recreation.

According to CDA an international standard wild life care complex , modern veterinary hospital and quarantine facilities will be provided for treatment of animals under this proejct/.
