Islamabad: Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Islamabad has approved bail after arrest plea of PTI leader Shoaib Shaheen in 26 No Chungi Islamabad vandalism case.Prosecutor Raja Naveed and counsels for Shoaib Shaheen gave arguments in the court.Judge Abul Hasnat Zulqarnain of ATC Islamabad approved bail plea of Shoaib Shaheen.One case was registered against Shoaib Shaheen in police station Noon. The release of Shoaib Shaheen is impossible despite the acceptance of bail plea due to case registered in police station Noon.ATC Islamabad while announcing decision in attack on police case had sent Shoaib Shaheen on judicial remand. Copy of registration of case against PTI leaders including Shoaib Shaheen had come to fore. Police had registered case against unknown persons under section 10 of CR PC.The case includes terrorism clauses as well as attack on police and vandalism clauses.
