Islamabad: Mustafa Nawaz Khokhar has filed petition in Supreme Court (SC) on the matter of constitution of full court on 26th constitutional amendment.

The petitioner has taken the plea that Practice and Procedure Committee (PPC) decided on October 31 to constitute full court on the matter of 26th constitutional amendment.

The amendments made in practice and procedure act don't conform to law and constitution. Registrar or some other authority cannot nullify the decision of committee.

The petitioner has prayed the court through the petition to implement October 31 majority decision.

The petitioner has also requested the court to set aside the administrative decision regarding non implementation of committee decision.
