Karachi: 3 terrorists involved in attacks on Chinese citizens have been killed in exchange of fire with CTD in Karachi.

Talking to media men outside hospital Raja Omar Khatab, incharge CTD said on a tip of about presence of terrorists of proscribed organization, personnel of CTD and intelligence agency conducted raid on a home. Exchange of fire with the terrorists continued for long time.

He said three terrorists were killed in exchange of fire. The terrorists are affiliated with banned TTP. One among the killed terrorists was suicide bomber.

He told media men terrorists had entered from Afghanistan some time back. The killed terrorists were involved in killing of Chinese citizens last year. Kalashnikov, 2 TT Pistols, grenade, suicide jackets and diary have been recovered from terrorists. Targets were mentioned in the diary.

Incharge CTD said the terrorists have been identified as Zafaran and Qudrat Ullah. Government had fixed Rs 2 crore head money on Zafaran. One killed terrorist could not be identified.

Bodies of killed terrorists have been shifted to hospital for necessary action while law enforcement agencies have launched further action.
