Lower kurram: As many as 7 persons have died in an attack by some unknown persons on passenger vehicle in Lower Kurram in district Kurram.

Unknown attackers opened indiscriminate firing on passenger vehicle near Ahmad Khan Kallay and fled the scene.

The police and security forces have started search operation.

Police said bodies of victims have been shifted to THQ hospital and investigation into incident is underway.

According to DPO Akram this incident is tantamount to sabotage peace of the area.

MNA of the area Engineer Hamid Hussain has condemned the incident saying this incident of terrorism is conspiracy to foment disorder which will not be allowed to succeed at any cost.
