Islamabad: Supreme Court (SC) while issuing notice to Punjab government on acquittal plea of former federal minister Sheikh Rashid in GHQ attack case has sought reply.

Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Yahya Afridi has remarked Punjab government has to file report. Hearing of the case will be held again after two weeks.

A 3-member bench of SC presided over by the CJP Yaha Afridi took up the case for hearing Friday.
