Islamabad: Acting President of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, Chaudhry Latif Akbar, visited the residence of renowned Hurriyat leader Altaf Ahmed Bhat in Islamabad and expressed deep sorrow and grief over the demise of his mother.

He offered Fateha for the departed soul and extended his heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family, praying that Allah Almighty grant her the highest place in Jannah and bless the family with patience and fortitude during this difficult time.

On the occasion, Mehmood Ahmed Saghar, Parvez Ahmed Shah, Sheikh Abdul Mateen, Sanaullah Dar, Zahid Safi, Tanveer-ul-Islam, Nazeer Ahmed Butt, Umar Farooq, Malik Nasir, and Abraheem Altaf Bhat along with other dignitaries, were also present.

Chaudhry Latif Akbar remarked that the loss of a mother is an irreparable tragedy. He stated that he shares in the grief of the bereaved family and prayed for the elevation of the departed soul and strength for the family to bear this profound loss.
