Lahore: Acting speaker of Punjab Assembly (PA) has ordered to restore 26 suspended opposition members of Punjab Assembly (PA) forthwith.

Speaking on point of order minister for parliamentary affairs Mujtaba Shuja ur Rehman said the right of representation of people is being affected due to suspension of 26 members of opposition in PA. It is desire of chief minister Punjab as well that these members should be given right to represent the people.

He said acting speaker it is requested to you that matter of restoration of 26 suspended Members of PA be reviewed. Environment of house without opposition is not appealing to heart.

Chief Whip Rana Muhammad Arshid while speaking on point of order said democracy has emerged victorious in Senate election. Hafiz Abdul Karim will resolve problems of people in Senate.
